DEPOSITS
A $20.00 (Non-refundable/Non-Transferable) DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ALL BOOKINGS! This is to secure and ensure you keep your scheduled appointment, which will go towards your service fee.
- DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
Appointment confirmation texts will be sent out 48hrs prior to appointment to allow cancel or reschedule. Also, 24hrs before appointment a text will be sent as just a reminder so, please be sure to insert updated contact information upon booking.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENT REQUESTS Must be made at least 2 hours prior to desired time. To request questions please call or text for availability. Including all appointments within 24hrs of desired time
* LOYALTY PROGRAM- All clients that pre book appointments with paid deposits automatically qualify in the program. On your 6th visit your service will be free. Cannot be combined with any other discounts. *Bikini Full & Brazilian Service ONLY!! If 2 or more appts are cancelled within 6-month period or no appointments within last 6 months client will restart new loyalty card. Current cards will expire at the end of the 7th month from issue date. (Allows 1 Cancellation/Rescheduling) For example: Loyalty card issued September; it will expire end of March NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
* REFERRAL PROGRAM- refer a friend and you both receive 10% off to use at a future appointment. Make sure they know to tell who referred them. Cannot be combined with any other discounts.
* BIRTHDAY PROGRAM- Guest receive 15% off of your service. *Must be used in birthday month* Cannot be combined with any other discounts.
REFILL POLICY
LASH EXTENSIONS WILL LAST 2-3 WEEKS. A REFILL IS NEEDED WITHIN THOSE 2-3 WEEKS. You must have AT LEAST 40% of your lashes after at most 3 weeks to receive a refill, anything less than that will be charged as a full set. If you have a set where one eye is 40% > and the other isn’t you will pay a $15 fee. IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOUR SET IS STILL VALID FOR A REFILL, FOR TIME SAFETY PLEASE BOOK A FULL SET, I WILL LET YOU KNOW UPON ARRIVAL IF IT IS A REFILL OR FULL SET
LASH GRACE PERIOD
In any rare case that your lashes need fixing, such as a set looking like it needs a refill too soon, you have a 3-day grace period from your last appointment to contact me to fix. Anything after that time frame I cannot accommodate, and you will need to book a touch up or refill.
PREPARE FOR LASH APPOINTMENT
Remove all eye makeup/glue/mascara! CLEAN lashes please! Unclean lashes will not allow the extensions to apply properly also causing lashes to fall off easily and creating worse retention. Lash baths are included in every service but if you have any make up, glue, etc. I will charge a $10 fee for lash bath. Dedicate 2-3 hours of no phone usage.
CANCELLATIONS & LATE POLICY!!!!
* LATE- TARDINESS IS NOT TOLERATED but everyone has a 10-minute grace period. Once you are more than 10 minutes late there is a $15 late fee will be added to your appointment balance (no exceptions!!!) after 15 minutes late your appointment will be CANCELLED or rescheduled forfeiting deposit!
- If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged $20 deposit or 25% of service cost whichever is more. If your card declines, you will not be able to book again until paid. Same day cancellation will result in being charged 50% of services booked. No call no shows will be charged 100% of service.
- NO GUEST/KIDS OR EXTRA PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED
*TEMPERATURE WILL BE CHECKED UPON ARRIVAL. *A MASK MUST BE WORN UNTIL YOU ARE TOLD TO REMOVE IT.
No refund will be given as you agree to those terms upon booking.
